Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order :
The minimum order for Wholesale products is R1000 (mixed products)
OR 16 x Five Health Spice 200g
OR 16 x Magnesium Mustard Baths Salt 450g
OR 6 x Magnesium Mustard Bath Salt 2.7kg.
Orders placed before 11:00am from Monday – Friday will be handled on the day, otherwise they will only be processed the following day. The Wholesale Department does not work on Saturdays.

No orders may be placed in store.
The only products available at Wholesale prices are the Namo products listed on the Wholesale Pricelist. Please note that we do not distribute any non-Namo branded products.
We have a Health Shop (www.namohealth.co.za) where we stock various brands. You may add any product to the wholesale order at retail price and you will receive a 10% discount thereon, should your order reach the minimum order quantity.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange fluctuations. However, we make every effort to inform our clients of price changes in advance.
Wholesale prices are only given to applicants who have completed the application form and agreed to sell the products.
Dispatch and Delivery :
Goods are sent via The Courier Guy – prices are quoted after order is placed to get precise weight and dimension of the parcel. Orders may also be collected at our Stilbaai branch (then no transport fee will be charged).
We require 3 – 5 working days to process an order due to our products being continually ordered and freshly packaged.
All orders are dispatched after we receive proof of payment.
Please note that we cannot offer next day delivery as we are an outlying area.
Our Banking details are provided on the invoice. Proof of Payment to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp – 028 754 1654 to allow dispatch. POP needs to be received before 11am to be processed on the day, otherwise order will be shipped the next business day.
Orders are not packed and stock is not held until proof of payment is received.
We reserve the right to withhold orders if payments are outstanding.
Please note that cheques are not accepted and 3% should be added to the total when you plan to do a Cash Deposit (to cover cash handling fees). We prefer EFT.
When orders are collected in person at the Stilbaai branch the payment can be made by EFT or Cash. Unfortunately, no card transactions.
Please refrain from making payment before receiving the invoice as prices may change without notice.
Please take note that if an order is not paid within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.
Damages / Shortages/Refunds :
Any defects/damage/shortages must be reported at the time of delivery.
We do not accept liability for any defects/damages/shortages reported after the time of delivery.
We are not liable for covering any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods.
Returns Policy :
After receiving products you may not return or exchange those products for any other product.
We will always strive to supply product with a minimum of 10 months shelf life.
We will not accept returns of slow-selling and overstocked lines.
We will handle your private information responsibly but please note that you will be listed on our website as a stockist. Should you wish to be removed please let us know. As a small business we do know the importance of marketing and getting the word out, and we will do our utmost to help you in this regard. We have multiple Facebook pages that we will also use to advertise our products and create awareness of our stockists.
Please note that we don’t offer sole distribution to any stockist in an area.
If you remain inactive for more than 3 months we reserve the right to close your account without giving you notice.
Please inform us of any contact number, email address or delivery address changes when they occur.
Retail Shipping & Delivery
Orders within South Africa:
Although we try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery can take between 3 and 5 working days, depending on the destination (2 to 5 working days for most city centres, and 5 + working days for outlying areas).
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter.
You will receive your tracking number on request.
The couriers deliver between 08:00 and 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays.
Kindly check that we have the correct address and ensure that you are either at home during delivery hours, or that you provide your work address.
While we strive to ensure that stock levels are accurate, this may not always be possible. Should it transpire that a product is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you of how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs on orders over 15 kg.

Online promotional offers are available at the Namo Health online store only. These prices do not directly reflect the prices of in store products. The offers are available at the indicated dates and times only, or while stocks last. Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Refunds will only be given on the sale price, not the original price.
Online Clearance Sales
Clearance sale items are end-of-line, and quantities are therefore limited and subject to availability as they will not be replenished.
The customer acknowledges that all items on promotion are limited. Namo Health will make all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, promotional offers are removed from the website. Namo Health cannot, however, guarantee the availability of stock.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
The provider provides certain information on the website. Content currently or anticipated to be displayed on this is provided by the provider, its affiliates and/or a subsidiary, or any other third party owners of such content, and includes but is not limited to literary works, musical works, artistic works, sound recordings, cinematograph films, sound and television broadcasts, program-carrying signals, published editions and computer programs (“the Content”). Privacy: Casual Surfing
The user may visit the website without providing any personal information. The website servers will in such instances collect the IP address of the user’s computer, but not the email address or any other distinguishing information. Choice of Law
This website is controlled, operated and administered by the provider from its offices within the Republic of South Africa. Access to the website from territories or countries where the content or purchase of the products sold on the website is illegal, is prohibited. The user may not use this website in violation of South African export laws and regulations. If the user accesses this website from locations outside of South Africa, that user is responsible for compliance with all local laws. Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
Namo Health is an online and B&M store in the organic and natural product industry.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Namo Health and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Namo Health.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via courier services (Triangle Couriers, The Courier Guy, Intertown Transport, DSV or a third party may be used). Any delay in delivery will not constitute grounds for return or refund.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Namo Health is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Namo Health will contact you with options.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Namo Health.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Namo Health within one working day of receiving it. You will have to send a photo as proof. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason for dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier's remedy is then up to their own discretion and Namo Health itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Namo Health within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the 'wrong' product for the one actually ordered on our account. Please note that refunds will not include the courier cost due to expenses we have towards the courier companies.
Payment Options Accepted
March 2023: Only EFT will be accepted until the website is fully operational.
In the Future: Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into the Namo Health (Lieben Health) bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Namo Health via Virtual Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Namo Health separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Virtual Card Services secure payment terminal.
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Namo Health takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. Unfortuantelty the delay of delivery due to the Courier companies used is out of our hands.
It is our mission that all information on this website is as accurate and up to date as possible, and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, Namo Health accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. While we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner. We therefore advise the consultation of a medical practitioner if there is ever any doubt as to the use of the products. We also suggest that you read all the product indications and warnings on the product before using it.
The use of any product or service bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages that may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website.
