Serving and Usage suggestions
Ideal cooked as porridge or used in muesli. It can also be added to smoothies or used as a thickener in cooking. Provides a fine texture for baked goods.
To cook as porridge: Bring 1 cup oats and 2 cups water to the boil with a pinch of salt and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Suggestion: Serve with milk, cinnamon and chopped fruit and nuts.
