Serving and Usage suggestions
Delicious cooked as porridge or as an alternative to rice / couscous. To cook: Rinse 1 cup dehusked millet well and drain. Add to 3 cups boiling water. Simmer covered for approximately 30 minutes or until water is completely absorbed.
