Buckwheat is by its nature gluten-free, high in energy and a source of complete protein. These whole buckwheat kernels are delicious cooked as an alternative to rice or pasta.
Serving and Usage suggestions
To cook: Rinse 1/2 cup dehusked buckwheat thoroughly. Add to 1 cup of water and bring to the boil with a pinch of salt. Allow to simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until water is completely absorbed.
